BeDIGITAL international exhibition puts digital transformation at the heart of industrial competitiveness

From 13 to 17 June and within the framework of BIEMH

The 4th edition of the BeDIGITAL trade fair, to be held between 13 and 17 June, will focus on the latest technological innovations that are set to play a leading role in the digital transformation of industry. For five days, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre will once again be the venue for one of the industrial events of the year. An international meeting for companies to accelerate the technological potential of the industrial sector based on the latest tools in the field of digital transformation; tools that are essential for achieving optimum levels of innovation, productivity and efficiency.

As in previous editions, BeDIGITAL will combine the exhibition and product and service presentation area with the conference and networking section. Thus, spaces and encounters will take centre stage, including the Digital Talks, an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest 4.0 technologies in the field of digital transformation as applied to industry and, in particular, to users of industrial equipment. Representatives from leading national and international companies will address the development, implementation and major challenges of digitisation, sharing their own experiences and presenting their success stories in sessions that will cover topics ranging from artificial intelligence, digital transformation and industrial cybersecurity to innovation in machine tools.

Apart from the Talks, this year’s edition of BeDIGITAL will also offer three other encounters such as the Innovation Workshops, where exhibitors and sponsors can showcase their technical and innovative advances with short presentations in the Speaker’s Corner area; the Expo Zone, which will provide a meeting place to present the latest technological innovations by the exhibiting companies; and the Startup Village area, which in this edition is consolidated thanks to a collaboration agreement with BIND 4.0, so that the 30 start-ups at this year’s edition of the platform can participate in this exhibition space. The fair has recently received the Fully International certificate from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, an official award that accredits a broad level of foreign participation and sectoral support, as well as its status as a showcase at the forefront of technological advances.

BeDIGITAL is being held this year in parallel with the BIEMH-International Machine-Tool Biennial Exhibition, the largest international trade fair for advanced manufacturing and machine tools in Spain. It will also share space with Addit3D, the IMIC-Industrial Maintenance Innovation Conference and the WORKinn forum. BeDIGITAL is organised by the AFM-Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Cluster and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, with the collaboration of GAIA and the Basque Government.
