Digitalisation is progressing and, with it, BeDIGITAL, Transforming Industry, which next year will hold its fifth edition from 6 to 8 June at Bilbao Exhibition Centre. The industrial application of digital technologies is having a major impact on companies and opening the doors to great opportunities for growth and trade. Thus, to show all the keys to the current competitive scenario, BeDIGITAL 2023 will feature a very dynamic format with differentiated areas to facilitate the practical demonstration of products and services, networking and knowledge transfer.
Specifically, the event will combine an exhibition and product presentation area with a conference section. Thus, through spaces such as the Digital Talks, conferences with technological and strategic content in innovation, representatives of leading national and international companies will cover the evolution, implementation and major challenges of digitalisation, sharing their own experiences and presenting their success stories first-hand.
The BeDIGITAL exhibition area will be divided between companies working in big data & analytics; artificial intelligence; cloud computing & cervices; cybersecurity; augmented reality/virtual reality; Internet of Things – IoT; blockchain; hardware, solutions and software engineering; and industrial engineering services and telecommunications, among others.
BeDIGITAL 2023 will also offer other meeting points such as the Innovation Workshops, where exhibitors and sponsors will be able to showcase their technical and innovative development through short presentations held in the Speakers’ Corner area. Moreover, the Startup Village area will be open to all advanced manufacturing start-ups and those linked to user sectors such as energy, aeronautics and the automotive industry.
In the last edition of BeDIGITAL in 2022, 99% of the visitors surveyed said they were able to make contact with new potential suppliers, and expressed their intention to attend the 2023 edition. The meeting is aimed at directors and managers working in IT, digitalisation, production, IT and software areas, R&D, logistics, operations, purchasing, finance, sales, HR, management, managers and owners and cybersecurity managers from sectors such as: energy and utilities, iron and steel, electrical and electronic engineering, oil & gas, industrial plant construction engineering, transport and infrastructure, metallurgy, rail, capital goods, chemicals, petrochemicals and auxiliary industries manufacturing parts and components.
+INDUSTRY, ADDING FAIRS TO MULTIPLY OPPORTUNITIES
BeDIGITAL will be held as part of +INDUSTRY, one of the largest gatherings for advanced manufacturing in Spain, where the industrial supplies and hardware sector will also have its own exhibition space. These are fairs that are held simultaneously at BEC’s halls: BeDIGITAL, ADDIT3D, the International Trade Fair on Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing; MAINTENANCE, the International Trade Fair for Industrial Maintenance; PUMPS&VALVES, Trade Show for Pump and Valve Systems and Equipment for Industrial Processing; and SUBCONTRATACIÓN, the International Exhibition of Manufacturing Processes and Equipment.
